Dr. Danielle Schwartz is a Toronto-based clinical psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
She has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for mood disorders, anxiety disorders (obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder), women’s health issues, and insomnia. She also has a particular interest in prenatal and postpartum mental health and relationship stress.
Dr. Schwartz received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Ryerson University. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in the Mood and Anxiety Program. Dr. Schwartz has also received clinical training at St. Joseph’s Healthcare (Women’s Health Concerns Clinic and Anxiety Treatment and Research Centre) and the Centre for Student Development and Counselling at Ryerson University. In addition, she has been a therapist on clinical research trials at Ryerson University, in the Anxiety Research and Treatment Lab and in the Sleep and Depression Lab. She has been working in private practice since 2012.
